Υπό την επίβλεψη του Αναπληρωτή Γενικού Συμβούλου - Δυτική Ευρώπη, θα συμβουλεύεστε και θα βοηθάτε (α) τα Τμήματα Επαγγελματικών Προϊόντων και Καταναλωτικών Προϊόντων στις Ζώνες της Δυτικής και Ανατολικής Ευρώπης και (β) τα Νομικά Τμήματα της Δυτικής Ευρώπης στο νομικό πλαίσιο τα έργα τους σύμφωνα με τις σχετικές κατευθυντήριες γραμμές και νομοθεσίες των ομάδων.
RESPONSIBILITIES SHALL INCLUDE:
Advise the Europe Zone on various projects (such as distribution strategy regarding e-commerce, selective distribution, etc) while ensuring conformity with laws & regulations and the group policies: this activity includes:
- Drafting selective & exclusive distribution contract templates, legal frame to business strategy;
- Drafting commercial and purchase agreements;
- Drafting templates for intragroup agreements;
- Integration of new brands post-acquisition.
- Supervise establishment, constitution and restructuration of L’OREAL affiliates and other legal entities in Europe;
- Follow any and all litigation in collaboration with the relevant directions and external counsels;
- Coordinate for the uniform and consistent application of the Group strategy and internal rules.
BACKGROUND
- 3/5 years law firm experience and experience in a corporate legal department of an international company is preferred;
- Master in Law (preferably in European Law/Distribution).

- Sound judgment, excellent problem-solving skills, practicality, a focus on business outcomes, and flexibility to manage multiple matters simultaneously;
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- Fluent in French and English.
